Paul Kulavis
Managing Partner
Paul Kulavis is a marketing-trained General Manager with over 25 years experience in both database marketing and traditional environments. Prior to joining the Sterling Park Group, Paul was Chief Marketing Officer for The Company Store, a major consumer bedding and linens catalog division of Hanover Direct, Inc. While at Hanover he also managed the national introduction of the Encore catalog. Previously he served as General Manager of Direct Marketing for The Topps Company and The Franklin Mint (Canada). Paul has held senior marketing and sales management positions at Phone-Mate, Inc., Timex Corporation and Richardson-Vicks. Paul was also a principal in the sports marketing consultancy, Team Headquarters, Inc.
Paul Kulavis holds an MBA from New York University where he is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Master of Science program in Direct and Interactive Marketing.
Debra Isenberg

Debra Isenberg has more than 25 years of marketing and management experience, resulting in a unique combination of expertise in direct marketing and customer relationship management as well as branding and advertising. Prior to joining Sterling Park Group, she was a Board Member at Systems and Computer Technology Corp (SCTC) until its sale to SunGard, and a consultant at EMM Group. Previously she served as CMO/Managing Director for CSFBdirect, online brokerage, where she led the rebranding of the business after its acquisition from DLJ, as well as advertising and customer relationship management. She has also led marketing groups in Financial Services including American Express where she introduced the Platinum Card, ran green and Gold Card retention and developed Management Information Services domestically, before managing all Card Marketing in Canada. She was EVP of Marketing at Shearson, and a Managing Director at UBS. In addition, she was CMO at Dow Jones Telerate, and was an SVP in charge of an over $4 billion budget at AT&T during the telecom wars.
Ms. Isenberg began her career with almost 10 years of solid brand management experience at Procter & Gamble and International Playtex.
